Weight Loss Support Group Registration

Congratulations on your first step into our Weight Loss and Healthy Living Support Group Series.

You can start anytime, it is important to make the commitment to yourself to come to the meetings regularly to achieve success.

Meetings are every Thursday, Starting June 3, 2021.

From 9:30am - 10:30 am

Please bring a notebook with you and get ready for some eye opening information to help you kick start your health.

Fees: $5.00 per class or $10.00 for the month, Acupuncture patients are Free for Life.

Once you're registered you will receive a conformation email and we will contact you the same day or at the latest the next business day.
